Tube Park attendant Start Dates: Must be available to start from 1st December
Description: Tube Park Attendants provide an outstanding experience for our guests. They are responsible for safely launching and clearing guests from the various lanes as well as answering guest queries. This position requires a lot physical labour including physically assisting guests, chipping and shoveling snow, maneuvering tubes & fences.
- Essential Functions:
- Provide outstanding guest service
- Assist and direct guests in a safe, professional, and efficient manner
- Shovel snow, chip ice in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform daily checks, complete timely logs, accident/incident reports
- Effective communication via radios – including prompt emergency notification to dispatch
- Maintain safety and operating guidelines of the lift and lift ramps as per Z-98 Code requirements
- Some resorts require staff to complete and pass a written exam
- Other duties as assigned Experience/Requirements
