Staff Lodges Custodians provide an outstanding experience for our staff. They are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the washrooms and common areas of our staff lodges, as well as snow and ice removal around the buildings. This is a physically demanding position requiring manual labour, lifting, and carrying.
Essential Functions:
- Provide excellent guest service
- Maintain overall cleanliness of washrooms, hallways and common room in all staff accommodation buildings
- Responsible for garbage, recycling and snow/ice removal
- Assist with cleaning supply inventory
- Other duties as assigned
Experience/Requirements:
- Passion for providing outstanding guest service
- Previous cleaning experience in a professional cleaning environment is an asset
- Mechanically inclined is an asset
- Energetic, self-motivated and a positive attitude
- Excellent time management, communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills
