Resort Services Attendants provide an outstanding experience for our guests. They are responsible for cleaning and maintaining public and office areas including washrooms as well as answering guest queries. This is a physical position requiring manual labour, lifting, and carrying.
Essential Functions:
- Provide excellent guest service
- Maintain overall cleanliness of washrooms, floors of public and office spaces throughout base area buildings
- Efficient removal of garbage and recycling
- Willing and able to answer questions about the mountains and operations
- Other duties as assigned
Experience/Requirements:
- Passion for providing outstanding guest service
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset
- Energetic, self-motivated and positive attitude
- Excellent time management, problem, solving and team work skills
