Rental attendants provide an outstanding experience for our guests. Attendants assist and outfit guests with a variety of rental equipment in a timely, professional manner. They also process payments and answer guest queries in a fast-paced environment. This can be a physically demanding position requiring some manual labour and lifting.
Essential Functions:
- Determine and assist guests their equipment needs in a knowledgeable manner; requires thorough understanding of ski and snowboard equipment.
- Provide outstanding service.
- Complete accurate, daily cash- outs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience/Requirements:
- Previous guest service experience.
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Knowledge of equipment repairs and tuning is an asset.
- Experience with POS systems is an asset.
- Strong teamwork, communication and time management skills.
