Responsibilities:
- Prepare all features, fencing, entrances, and signage for opening in the morning and document it in the terrain park logbook.
- Properly close off all features in the park at closing and document it in the terrain park logbook.
- Document all work, and maintenance done on all features in the park in the terrain parkslogbook.
- Maintain or close features that are located in your designated area.
- Maintaining a constant presence in the park to enforce policies.
- Testing features in the park only when signed off to do so by the Terrain Park Supervisor.
- Assist patrol with accidents and investigations, where required.
- Assisting with special events in the park.
- Providing assistance and information about the resort to guests.
- Practice safe work procedures.
- Be a positive role model for park users.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous terrain park experience is an asset.
- Successful completion of Parkscapers is an asset.
- First aid training and certification is an asset.
- Strong skiing or snowboarding abilities are required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Timemanagementskills.
- Physically fit, able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Able to work in all weather conditions.
