Responsibilities:
- Teach the sport of skiing or snowboarding in a safe and fun environment.
- Deliver a lesson product that adheres to the Snow School department and CSIA or CASI standards.
- Ensuring the best possible experience for our guests.
- Researching new teaching methods.
- Answer guest in quiries and resolving problems.
- Attend daily sessions when required.
- Adhere to the Alpine Responsibility Code.
- Adhere to the designated check-in schedule
- Assist in other departments where required
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: CSIA and/or CASI level 1 or approved equivalent required.
- Previous snow school experience an asset
- Previous customer service experience an asset.
- Sales experience is an asset
- AST level 1 or higher an asset
- Ability to learn and adapt
- Communication skills
- Time management skills
