Servers are to provide timely and friendly customer service during meal times to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. Servers must have knowledge of guest information and handle all guest service issues in an immediate and gracious manner. In this role, it is critical to maintain positive communication with guests, the team and are to complete all assigned tasks. Servers are required to maintain a clean appearance, clean work environment and proper inventory levels at all times. Servers must always wear a smile and have a positive attitude when on duty and dealing with guests.

- Proper fine dining service for a four-course dinner of up to 45 seats.
- Thorough knowledge about cocktails and mixology is required.
- Previous experience as a barista and use of espresso machine is valuable.
- Background in music and performance is preferred.
- Passion for working with people and the outdoors is an asset.
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience is an asset.
- Multiple languages are considered an asset.
- Serving it Right Certificate required.
- Food Safe Certificate is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.
