QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Minimum 2-year previous line cook experience
- Must have Food Safe Level 1 certification
- Ability to cooperate and work strongly with others in team
- Capability to organize and prioritize high volume, high demand work loads
- Positive attitude
- Exemplary personal hygiene
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer, report and follow Sous Chef and Executive Chef’s directions and guidance
- Preparation, inventory stocking and all clean-up of culinary workstations and all kitchen areas
- Daily consistent, high-quality and timely preparation and presentation of menu items using company standards of excellence and portion control
- Assist with creating daily menu specials
- Meeting and exceeding all health and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
- Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning when needed
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Knowledge and adherence SPRLLP policies as written in our policy manual
- Assisting with orientation of new employees.
- Attend all required SPR LLP orientation and training sessions
- Duties as required to ensure successful operation of the department including support
of other positions, departments and special promotions.
