Responsibilities:
- Ensure our guests are dealt within an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
- Operate the POS system with proficiency
- Deliver a high degree of customer service
- Ensure our guests fill out the rental agreements properly
- Process payments for the products sold at the desk
- Some switchboard/telephone work requiring fielding questions and problem solving
- Covering off duties in our retail store as required
- Snow Ambassador duties greeting guests on the outside grounds
- Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Qualifications:
- Industry experiences an asset
- You must be outgoing and able to problem solve on the spot, not meant for a shy personality!
- Sales experience is an asset
- Previous rental and/or snow school sales experience is an asset
- Strong Communication skills
- Time management skills
