Job Responsibilities:
- Handling of cash
- Opening and closing procedures Preparation of specialty coffees
- Set up of display cases
- Maintenance and cleaning of equipment Serving guests in a prompt and friendly manner Providing premium customer service
Qualifications:
- Serving it Right Certificate before employment commences Specialty coffee experience an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of general health and safety procedures
- We provide training however we require a willingness to learn
- High energy and strong work ethic
- Personable, friendly and outgoing
- Ability to communicate orally in Mandarin or Korean is desirable
- Successful candidate must complete a criminal record check once offered the position, before start date (19 years of age or over. Grouse Mountain will assist you with the process.)
