We own and operate five of the biggest attractions in the Rocky Mountains; the Banff Gondola, Banff Lake Cruise, Glacier Adventure, Glacier Skywalk and Maligne Lake Cruise. POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This role aims to deliver an exceptional Guest experience by providing a safe, clean and professional looking facility for guests visiting the Columbia Icefield center. Responsibilities include; the daily cleaning duties for the Icefield Centre that include general public, office and washroom areas, keeping all public areas clean and tidy to a professional standard and quality, receiving and supplies room is kept organized and cleaned every day including cardboard bailing, monitoring cleaning supply inventory for the Icefield Centre and informs the Manager of items to be re-ordered.

The Icefields offers a unique experience to line in one of the most scenic parts of the Rocky Mountains. Located 2 hours from Banff and 2 hours from Jasper, the Icefields has a remote camp feel. Based out of the Icefields adventure headquarters you will be eating, living and working in one location. Fully immersed in the impressive rugged mountains you will be without access to general services for weeks at a time. Regular employee shuttles are offered into Banff and Jasper.

  • Friendly and cooperative nature
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative and attention to detail
  • Mature, energetic, and dependable, self-motivated and enjoy working in a team environment
  • Able to reason and react with quick, thoughtful judgment, while remaining calm under pressure
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken with ability to clearly communicate and comprehend over two way radio
  • Capable of performing demanding physical/manual duties
  • Meet the Brewster Travel Canada grooming standards
  • Enjoy working in a more remote type location (camp setting) and have an outdoor/explore enthusiast nature
  • Clear criminal record check and background credit check
  • Class 5 driver’s license and First Aid certification are an asset
