POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Food and Beverage Attendants will demonstrate a positive attitude and good communication skills to ensure that a high level of customer service is given to each guest. Responsibilities include: assisting guests with selection of food and beverage products, taking payment from guest, maintenance and cleanliness of service & dining areas, stocking products, ensuring guest satisfaction with prompt and friendly service, assisting in preparation of products, acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and missions of Brewster, maintains a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events, maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, ensuring correct cash and float security during operating hours, maintains a safe and clean environment in all areas controlled by Banff Lake Cruise.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Cash handling experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Second language an asset
