PAY:
The Company operates a clock-in and out policy meaning, you will be required to clock in at your assigned start time and must clock out every time your shift ends or you go off duty. You will only be paid for hours that you work at a rate of £9.50 an hour. You will be paid monthly in arrears on the basis of the number of hours worked from the 22nd of each month until the 21st of each proceeding month on or around the last working day of each month directly into your bank account.

TRAINING:
You shall undertake compulsory induction training in basic modules when you start working for us and additional compulsory training following your development and progression and employment in the Company. We will bear the cost of this training. You are entitled to take part in various training courses which we may provide from time to time, subject to certain eligibility requirements and other conditions.
